Our 2019 Gala is just around the corner! We look forward to seeing you to celebrate another successful year and raise money to support our mission. As the event grows closer and with a few changes in store this year, we’ve crafted these FAQ’s to help minimize any surprises.
What should I wear?
Cocktail attire is recommended for this event. Ladies grab your party-ready dress or a skirt and blouse for this one. Men, you don’t need to wear a tux, but a suit and tie or bowtie is a good choice. Though, if you prefer a sport coat, feel free to rock it — we won’t turn you away!
What’s for Dinner? Dinner this year will be catered by the Hotel Murano. With a chicken and vegetarian option, dinner will be a treat. But be sure to save room for our dessert dash!
Where can I Park? The Murano offers both valet and self-park options. To access valet, pull to the front of the hotel on Broadway. Paid parking is available in the Murano’s paid lot off South 15th
Is there a discount code for the Hotel? Gala attendees wishing to stay at the Murano the night of the event can take advantage of a special discounted rate. To book online visit Murano.com, select your dates, then “book now.” You will then click “corporate/promo code” and enter the code: CTREVT. If you run into any trouble, you are always welcome to call the front desk at 253.238.8000.
What’s the Evening Agenda?
5:30 p.m. | Doors Open. Spend some time networking, pursuing the silent auction, participate in our imaginative fundraising activities, and enjoy passed appetizers.
7:00 p.m.| Enjoy the plated gourmet dinner, our live auction and dessert dash!
9:00 p.m. | We cap off the evening with live entertainment by The Shy Boys. Come prepared to dance, sing and enjoy!
10:00 p.m. | Thank You and Final Remarks.
